"Nagomi" is established on July 12, 2009, in order to let many people to know about Fukutsu, to communicate with citizens and to relax themselves.
There are a tourists' guide corner, where sightseeing information is available, Japanese-style rooms and an exhibition corner. A concert, an event, an exhibition and a practice are held all through the year. Details are on the city's homepage or official PR magazines.
